Welcome to your 2010 by-election candidates rundown, where you can watch 11 people battle it out in a head-to-head match for one city council seat. Who will the lucky winner-elect be? It’s all up to you. But, for your voting pleasure, we’ve done a little of the ground work and asked the candidates for their thoughts are about your city; we posed a few general questions, plus one wild card city-specific query.
